This agricultural tour through Kenya’s agro farms
Upon arrival in Nairobi at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Met by our Customer service officer and transfer to the Hotel. Balance of the day at leisure for relaxation.
Overnight at SAFARI PARK HOTEL/BOMA INN HOTEL/EKA HOTEL (B/B)
After breakfast, Our agriculture tours start with a visit to the Kiambethu Tea Farm in the Limuru area. An old colonial home established by the early settlers and the pioneers of tea growing in Kenya. There will be a tea talk: its arrival in Kenya, the growing, processing, and up to when you put it into your cup. We have a healthy farm lunch, and we will walk in the tea plantation and visit the nearby tea factory. Time allowing, there will be a visit to the National Museum in Nairobi in the late afternoon.
Dinner and overnight at SAFARI PARK HOTEL/BOMA INN HOTEL/EKA HOTEL (H/B)
After breakfast, depart to Nyeri in central Kenya, home of the Kikuyu tribe. You will drive through the main farming areas of Kenya with coffee and pineapple plantations. We will stop at the open-air Karatina market, which is the biggest farm produce market in the region.
Dinner and overnight at ABERDARE COUNTRY CLUB (F/B)
Morning visit to a coffee/dairy farm, lunch at the Aberdare Country Club. Later visit the Ark Lodge, a tree hotel in the Aberdare National Park. The game viewing at the flood-lit water hole is an all-night show as elephants, rhinos, hyenas, various gazelles, warthogs, giant forest hogs, the elusive bongo. With luck, a leopard or a lion may pay a visit.

Leave the Aberdares region and go to the Rift Valley, arriving at your Lodge in time for lunch.
In the afternoon, we do a game-viewing walk at the privately owned Crescent Island, which is a peninsula on the eastern shore of Lake Naivasha. There is a lot of easy to see game, e.g., giraffes, waterbucks, elands, zebras, and impalas. It is also a heaven for birds with +200 species recorded. The walk is gentle and satisfying. We return to the Lodge in time for afternoon tea.
Dinner and overnight at NAIVASHA SOPA LODGE/ SAWELA LODGE (F/B)
Morning visit to a commercial vegetable farm, flower farm, OR a dairy farm. After lunch, proceed to the Crater Lake Game Sanctuary. It is a lesser lake in the Rift Valley but a place where nature is at its best.
We do a gentle walk in the sanctuary, followed by a trek on the crater rim from where we see the lake from various angles. Pleasant sightings will be from giraffes, black and white Colobus monkeys, elands, and a range of gazelles.
After breakfast, commence drive south via Narok to the Maasai Mara National Reserve to arrive for lunch at the Lodge or Camp. Late afternoon game viewing drives to break from the walking to put all our attention to watching wildlife. To see the best of Kenyan wildlife Masai Mara is the place to be. Elephants, rhinos, giraffes, buffaloes, gazelles, and all the big cats are found here. So, after breakfast, we start our journey passing through Narok Town, a colorful Masai town. Our game viewing does not begin at the park gate. We will see many animals along the way grazing side by side with the Masai livestock.

Early morning & late afternoon game viewing drives in this Reserve, with spectacular sceneries and diverse wildlife—Mid Morning and early afternoon relaxing at the lodge. The option of a full day Game Drive with picnic lunch.
Meals & overnight at MARA SOPA LODGE /KEEKOROK LODGE (F/B)
Early morning & late afternoon game viewing drives in this Reserve, with spectacular sceneries and diverse wildlife—Mid Morning and early afternoon relaxing at the lodge. The option of a full day Game Drive with picnic lunch.
Meals & overnight at MARA SOPA LODGE /KEEKOROK LODGE (F/B)
After breakfast at the Lodge/Camp, embark on your return journey to Nairobi. On arrival in the early afternoon, you will be dropped off at your Nairobi Hotel (excluded use of room) and, at 19.00hrs, transferred to Carnivore Restaurant for dinner and transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for scheduled International departure flight, 03 HOURS before FLIGHT DEPARTURE TIME.
