Special feature: The camp oozes color and charm.
Food & Drink
A central dining area and bar constructed out of local materials to create a playful and quirky, yet very African style. Intricate mosaic work decorates low walls and steps; bright cushions in burnt orange, yellows, and greens upholster the wrought iron furniture’s sculptural shapes. At the same time, twisted tree-trunks support the beamed makuti roof. At night the lodge buildings and paths are magically lit by flaming torches and lamps. Clients are escorted to the “boma” an open-air theatre for food. Here throne-style chairs made from twigs with cushions of royal-purple surround a large and beautifully decorated table to make an appropriate dramatic experience.
