Keep Bandas

If you want a jungle adventure, look no further than this rustic place for a night or two. All you get is a small hut with no electricity and communal cold-water showers, but being surrounded by rainforest is very atmospheric. Meals can be arranged at the small canteen if you don’t wish to self-cater in the basic kitchen.

Five beautiful, well-appointed thatched huts, with either five beds, four beds or three. Right in the middle of the astonishing Kakamega Forest, Kenya’s last tropical rainforest.
